Cage Manager

The Cage Manager is responsible for the overall effective and efficient management of the Cage and Vault. Providing excellence in guest service with a positive attitude. Provide leadership to assigned staff, ensuring effective internal and external communications, exercising appropriate judgment and decision-making skills. 

   

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Must be at least 21 years of age. 
  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required 
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience (casino, banking, heavy cash retail). 
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  
  • Prior supervisory and/or leadership experience.  
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. 
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. 
  • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner. 
  • Applicants must be able to perform all essential functions of job duties with reasonable accommodation. 
  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.

Job Duties 

  • Counsel and train cage employees as needed.  
  • Plan staff schedules to meet operational needs.  
  • Handles customer service and employee related concerns with professionalism.  
  • Plan, participate, and attend departmental meetings.  
  • Responsible for compliance with all regulatory requirements within cage and count room areas.  
  • Train all cage and count team members in anti-money laundering including suspicious transactions and cash in/out transactions. 
  • Knowledge of and enforcement of internal controls, policies and procedures.  
  • Ensure all cage and count equipment is in working order. 
  • Maintain Cage supplies inventory on hand for day-to-day business needs.  
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.  


HR Administrator

The HR Administrator will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. 

   

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 1-2 years administrative experience. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
  • Must be able to handle confidential information in a professional manner, respecting associate privacy while maintaining company confidentiality. 
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office. 
  • High school diploma/equivalent 
  • Required to provide documents to show the applicant is eligible to work in the United States. 

 

Job Duties 

  • Responsible for the full cycle recruitment of hourly associates - from creating/posting job ads to on-boarding/new hire orientation. 
  • Manage the payroll process, which includes reviewing weekly time and attendance records. 
  • Organize and maintain personnel records in compliance with company policies and government regulations. Retains personnel records in compliance with company record retention requirements. 
  • Prepare HR documents, such as separation notices. 
  • Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

 



Poker Floor

The Floor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a smooth, professional, and courteous guest experience. You will lead by example and share your knowledge and skills with fellow associates. 

Job Duties 

  • Manage and run the poker dealer rotation 
  • Configure the mix and spread of the poker games 
  • Control the list and seating for all games in progress including the seating of new players 
  • Perform final authority decisions regarding rule disputes, poker irregularities, and unethical behavior 
  • Direct the banking functions at poker games based on rules 
  • Present guests with an exciting and enjoyable environment by welcoming guests in a friendly and respectful manner, assist guests with any information as needed and thanking guests for playing 
  • Assist any customer concerns when necessary 
  • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies 
  • Fills out appropriate paperwork 
  • Oversee responsibilities to the poker dealing staff 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to use good judgment in intense situations.

Cage Cashier 

 

The Cage Cashier will be responsible for the safeguard of company assets, performs functions as cashier, and performs all main banker functions.   

   

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Must be at least 21 years of age. 
  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required 
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience (casino, banking, cash handling). 
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  
  • Must be able to stand for duration of shift. 
  • Must be able to bend, stoop and continuously use hands. 
  • Applicants must be able to perform all essential functions of job duties with reasonable accommodation. 
  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.

Job Duties 

  • Process guest transactions while ensuring a positive guest experience. 
  • Ensure that all transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner. 
  • Receives, secures, balances, handles, counts, reconciles, and distributes large sum of money publicly and accurately during scheduled shift. 
  • Maintain custody of funds, records of those funds and prepare reports and records of transactions for assigned bank. 
  • Follows all procedures, to include, but not limited to, the handling of cash and chips. 
  • Check guests for proper identification. 

 



Personal Assistant

Looking for a motivated and goal-driven individual to perform all personal assistant duties.  

   

Minimum Qualifications:

Maintain control of the assigned table game at all times. Ensure quality customer service and a favorable gaming experience for customers. Promote Family Style Service through actions and positive attitude. 

Job Duties 

  • Deal with high-volume customer interactions and be consistently outgoing, upbeat, and cheerful. 
  • Build guest relations throughout every shift by talking with customers, making them feel welcome and comfortable, and inviting them back. 
  • Provide superior guest service, positively affect interactions with guests and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees. 
  • Assisting guest with seating and chip distribution. 
  • Deal the game and monitor the monies on the table at all times. 
  • Control gaming cards and equipment. 
  • Monitor customer play for cheating scams and suspicious variations in play. 
  • Answer questions about game rules and club policies.
